朋友带我从歌剧院步行10分钟，到了位于岩石区的悉尼香格里拉酒店36层的Blu Bar。那里有悉尼颜值最高的调酒师，用最娴熟的技艺，调制出满足你挑剔味蕾的各式鸡尾酒。在Blu Bar，有个新鲜的词叫&ldquo;Liquid Physics&rdquo;，就是客人可以眼见整个调酒充满激情和运动的全过程，像是回到调酒和酒吧盛行且随心所欲的美国二十年代。上图这款名酒叫&ldquo;Clockwork Old Fashioned&rdquo; ，用百里香调和陈年金万利酒、黑樱桃利口酒、添加了橘子和柠檬皮的百加得奥罗酒，最后加入零陵香薰草和桂皮肉。不过，说实话喝起来有点中药的味道，估计是我不大喜欢里面太浓烈的酒精和香薰草和桂皮肉的混合吧。装盛酒的容器不是酒具而是茶壶，它怎么看也不像是鸡尾酒，倒是像我们熟悉的果茶。所以说，要透过现象看本质嘛。其实这是Blu Bar最新推出的一款鸡尾酒Nectar of the Orient, 新到还没来得及放进酒单里，调酒师和鸡尾酒的制作过程还有最后呈现都相当酷炫，里面还加入了中国元素&ldquo;绿茶&rdquo;。最后，客人自己将装在壶里的酒倒入杯中，这款酒喝起来有芒果的香味，还夹杂着绿茶的清新

At Blu Bar, there is a new word called &quot;Liquid Physics&quot;, which means guests can see the whole process of bartenders full of passion and movement, like returning to the American 1920s, where bartenders and bars were popular and free-spirited. The famous wine in the picture above is called &quot;Clockwork Old Fashioned&quot;, with thyme tones and aged golden maranjuana, black cherry liqueur, Baigad Orlo wine with orange and lemon peel, and finally with Lingling vanilla and cinnamon. However, to be honest, it tastes a bit Chinese medicine. It is estimated that I don&#39;t like the combination of alcohol and vanilla and cinnamon meat that is too strong inside. The Blu Bar was a fantastic  experience and great value for money,  I booked the &#39;Trust the Chef&#39; menu and requested a window table  and Blu Bar did not disappoint on either count! Amazing view and the food was superb.  Can&#39;t wait to go back!

By booking on The Fork, was seated at the best table! Fantastic location but short staffed and only one bartender for a cocktail lounge- drink service very slow. We had the chefs choice tapas, and surprised with the Chinese New Year menu- dietary requirements well sorted! Expensive but worth it!Overall lovely experience with no expectations to leave by a certain time&hellip;.

Had an amazing night celebrating my sons 21st birthday. The service, food, cocktails and atmosphere was fantastic. Will definitely be dining there again. Special thanks to Jay for making our night a memorable one.
